一、组学分析下的病原微生物与宿主互作研究。

项目组擅长病毒等病原微生物与宿主互作研究的转录组学、蛋白组学、代谢组学,以及不同组学关联分析的研究方案设计,组学大数据库建立,生物信息学软件分析与特色图表展示,以及致病机制的深度挖掘分析。在mRNA,microRNA 及蛋白表达层面,开展信号通路以及非编码RNA的调控研究,掌握细胞接毒培养,定量PCR,western blot,ELISA,激光共聚焦,电镜,以及基因过表达,基因干扰,小鼠模型等研究技术。

二、疫苗研究工作

主持或参加流脑、Hib、百白破、流感、乙肝、CSFV等多项人用及兽用疫苗的研制工作,部分疫苗已经产业化。擅长病毒及细菌的实验室及发酵罐规模培养,多糖及蛋白抗原纯化,宿主免疫应答机制研究。目前正开展类病毒等新型疫苗研究工作。
